Sunday is a new activity every week. Sometimes it's something simple, sometimes it's something ridiculous, sometimes it's something you can do from wherever you are.

When a new Sunday goes live, jump in, do the activity, and share your moment with #ThisSunday. No rules about how you do it, just have some fun with it.

See you Sunday 👀

Every Sunday activity is a little different, but taking part is easy. Just do the activity, capture your moment, and share it wherever you like.

Post it to Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, or wherever you normally share. Feed post, Story, video, photo, whatever fits. Just add #ThisSunday so we can find it and feature your Sunday.

That's it. See you out there ☀️

Sidequests are extra activities that randomly pop up throughout the week, giving you something new to jump into between Sundays. They can happen at any time, so keep an eye out because you never know when the next one is coming.

When a Sidequest appears, you'll have a set amount of time to complete it and share your result. Some will be quick, some might take a little more creativity, but they're all about getting involved and seeing what everyone else comes up with.
